Despite these violations, Commissioner Chair June Taylor recognized DraftKings’ efforts in promoting diversity in advertising, highlighting the company’s collaboration with Kevin Hart and its impact across various demographics. The commission ultimately approved a settlement agreement imposing a $500,000 fine on DraftKings, along with a set of remedial actions to prevent future infractions.
